Hello! I am Emilie, a portrait photograper located in Colfax, Iowa and serving surronding communities. I take photograph families, seniors, livestock, and much more all around Iowa. I've always had an appreciation for the midwest's vibrant praries, rolling hills, charming small towns, and the beautiful people, which is my I love photography so much. It's easy to love things like the moutains and ocean, but it takes a true soul to love the rolling hills and praries here in the midwest. I truly believe every corner of the Midwest holds a unique beauty and love to bring that out through my photography.
In addition to my love for photography, I have a special connection with horses and agriculture. I have owned and ridden for years, so you know that I understand the bond between horse and rider and can trust that your images will come out beautiful everytime. Beyond horses, I also love working with families and seniors. I have worked as a high school agriculture teacher since 2020 because of my passion for working with families and students in my community, and photography has allowed me to work with so many beautful people.
